Our many church groups are an essential part of parish life at St. Andrews.
The Altar Guild helps the priest by caring for the sanctuary and the sacramental vessels, and by setting up for worship services and tidying up afterwards. These dedicated folks see to lists for flower donations, volunteers to bring bread and wine, and even laundering soiled altar linens.
The Food Bank (one Tuesday a month) is run by volunteers with the help of donations of food and money, providing assistance to those who need it.
Pastoral Visitors provide regular contact and outreach to home-bound parishioners.
Various Study Groups meet in parish homes on a regular basis.
Leslie Elliot (Rev. Neil’s wife) and a team of volunteers provide Sunday School for children in the church.
The choir provides music for the 10:00 Sunday service, and consists of a professional organist/pianist, a guitarist, a flautist, and a dedicated group of singers.
